[comp.periphs] Want to use PIXY 3 plotter with MS-WINDOWS

I'm trying to make a Mannesman-Tally PIXY 3 plotter work with
Microsoft Windows. What I need is either:

1. A windows device driver for the PIXY 3, or
2. A translation program that converts from HPGL or Houston
Instruments format to PIXY format.
