I am looking for a monochrome frame grabber capable of digitizing with 10 or (better yet) 12-bit accuracy, at standard video rates (30Hz) or faster. Any leads ? Preferably, affordable, too. For any of IBM PC/386, Microvax II/III or Sun platforms (a funny sounding term, no ?) I believe Recognition Concepts have such devices but they're expensive (>$50K).
