[comp.periphs] Speech input device

mccombt@rpics (Todd McComb) (08/31/88)

Does anyone know of any units developed as replacements for keyboards
so that people can simply talk to them rather than typing?

I know this is rather "sci-fi"ish, but I wonder if anything like this
is actually being developed in a usable state. It would make a great
communication tool for the handicapped.

Please respond via E-mail....

Thanks in advance.
