Bryan Richter at Award, thanks for your comments on phase margin testing for
disk drives; e-mail back to you bounced.

I had been hoping for information on *other* techniques than using the 5371A,
because I was looking for some methodologies to establish performance
comparisons. [ I was involved in the original work in the 5371A...] I'm doing
some consulting on test systems for computer and other hardware, and looking
into some even more bizarre problems.
