[comp.periphs] MacMonitor

Has anyone any experience with the Samsung monochrome monitor for the
macintosh (offered by software that fits) or the cornerstone monitor.
These seem to be good buys as the Apple 12" monochrome goes for
$619, while the Samsung monitor is $695, not much money
for a big difference in screen size. The sales rep for the samsung
monitor claims that they are the same monitors that Apple uses.
Any other suggestions for cheap monochrome monitors are welcome.

I have a Samsung EGA monitor for IBM PC. It's broken 3 months ago, and still
under the product's warranty but out of dealer's warranty.
So we took it into a shop and waited for 3 months since then!
The tech says they ordered some parts from Samsung and never got them. There
is no time table for getting it fixed.
While it is a reference for Andrew about Samsung products, I'd like to ask for
people's advice. We need the monitor, and can't get hold of anybody responsible.
Does Samsung have a 800 number in US?
