I have come into possesion of an old 8 inch SMD(?) disk
a Hitachi DK811E-4 with SMD i/f. I would like to find the specs for it
that I need to configure it on a cobbled together *NIX system I am
building. Ie: I need things like number of heads,
number of tracks,
sectors per track,
etc.....
Hitachi in the US was of very little help, they didn't even seem
to recognize the model number. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
