Here's the story for the Adaptec AHA-154[02][A]/1640 SCSI Host adapters.
For OS/2 it is a little difficult as the only solution for us was to license
the driver to OEM's that own a BAK kit.  This had to be done as it requires
code change to a module that Microsoft owns and therefore we cannot distribute
the binary to anyone.  The module that had to be modified also contains the
floppy driver for OS/2 and each OEM has a potentially different version of a
floppy driver for thier system.  So for OS/2 support you must go to an OEM
who has added this driver to their version of OS/2.
For Novell, we have several distributors that carry the Novell driver
(ASW-1140).  It is a Novell certified driver, that supports disk duplexing,
mirroring and multi-threading.  You should be able to get it from Anthem,
Wyle Labs, or Hamilton-Avnet.
