I have two technical problems regarding wyse terminals that I would like
solved.
1) Wyse 95 ( Altos V ) power supply:
A pixel jitter (horizontal) that occurs when cold. I have isolated the
problem to the power supply board. Have been unable to find the
problem in spite of changing parts and using cold spray.
I have also seen this problem on Wyse 50 power supplies.
2) Wyse 60 PCB:
1st character column has uneven display intensity.
History: a) Blown Capacitor C205 3.3uF 35V N.P replaced 4.7uF.
b) Burn R214 10ohm 1/4W replaced.
c) Flyback kit installed
(i) Flyback transformer T202
(ii) Transistor Q202 2SC2898
(iii) Diode D203 UF4007
d) Capacitor C212 10uF 160V replaced
e) Diode D205 replaced
f) Capacitor C110 10uF replaced
g) Capacitor C108 47uF replaced
Would much appreciate any help on these problems.
