A friend of mine has been doing research on the use
of psychological cues in questioning an expert during
knowledge acquisition -- that is, based on how they
answered one question (the words themselves, intonation,
body posture, etc.) to determine the next question or
questions to ask.
She would like to get in touch with other people doing
