[comp.cog-eng] Neuromorphic Systems

     I would like to know if there is a newsgroup out there somewhere
(other than comp.cog-eng and comp.ai) that is discussing
object/speech/pattern recognition, neuron models, neural networks,
optical neural computing, learning algorithms, and the like. Please
