[comp.cog-eng] What does cog-eng mean?

   The subject line says it all- what issues does comp.cog-eng address? At
first I thought it meant cognitive engineering since there were some cross-
postings between here, comp.ai, and comp.ai.neural-nets, but I see that 
most of the postings now have to do with computers and education.

   I am still confused, could someone help me out?
