One of our customers is having difficulties in getting their Rixon (model 565) modems to talk with Hayes 1200 baud modems. The modems appear to be losing carrier detection as soon as characters are transmitted. Has anyone experienced this problem with these particular modems before? Do Rixon or Hayes modems have a problem with talking to other brands of modems? Any help would be appreciated, respond by e-mail please.
