Hello, do anyone know of a communication package or program for any
microcomputer (preferrably an IBM AT) which can automatically dial-up
another microcomputer and starts transmitting data at pre-setted times?
Also, another/same program which automatically accept calls and starts
receiving data without human intervention? Any information received will be
much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Pro-YAM can be configured to run as a "bulletin board" accepting calls
for file transfers, etc. In between calls, it can scan an Outcall Queue
for things to do, including calling other computers and performing various
taks under script control. There are DOS and Xenix/Unix versions of the
software.
