I am look for an inexpensive way to get an MNP compatable modem.
I'd be a great help to some people if someone were to post a
message describing each level of MNP, what it does, and what
I should expect to pay, and any possible bargins.
I understand that MNP's syncronous hack improves performance by 20%
and the over head of MNP deducts 9% so you get a 11% increase.
Is this level (3?) worth it to buy or should I get a higher level
modem? Should I wait for the prices to drop?
