I just recently salvaged an Intertell NCM2400 from a hotel reservation system that had been scrapped some time ago. The modem is huge but seems to be in decent shape (except for a sticker that says "bad?"). Inside the modem there are two PC boards (the modem and a self tester). From what the Hotel employees could tell me, the modem was part of a turn-key system and no specs/docs came with it (except a page in the user's manual that tells where the on switch is and the the modem should be on at all times). I have an address for intertell: Intertell Inc. Six Shattuck Road Andover, MA _____ USA but thats all I have. Does anyone else have any information on this type of modem or on Intertell (Do they still exist)? I would appreciate anything on the command set, the pin outs, dip switches, jumpers, etc. PLEASE respond directly to me since I do not subscribe to this list. Many, Many Thanks. -chip roberson +-------------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Charles S.
