Well, I just want to say that the CCC2400 warranty and service
lives up to its name. We had ordered one of the modems at our
office and it turned out to be faulty. We called CCC and they
said they *Would send one to us* and then we would send ours
in with the authorization number in the new package. It also
comes 2nd day air! Well, the three days passed and then it
arrived. I installed it and voila'. It worked beautifully.
Put it on the list that the CCC2400 is no turkey at $95!
I have no relation to this company whatsoever. I just
appreciated this service so much, I thought that others
should profit from their good practice.
