TrailBlazer Plus modem to mapped USENET/UUCP sites. This offer is available
until June 30, 1988.
With Telebit's newest release of firmware (V4.00) supporting the UUCP protocol,
USENET sites can now take full advantage of the high speed dial-up capabilities
of the TrailBlazer with error free file transfer "throughputs" as high as
16,000 bps (18,000bps modem to modem burst rates).

your site must be registered in the USENET/UUCP maps. If you have multiple

They believed me when I said it was less than a month old, and that I had received confirmation from the map maintainer that it was actually entered. I guess if they are checking they must *care*. It seems to be well known that the 1/2 price Telebit offer has been extended another quarter. HOWEVER, I have it on extremely good authority, that the offer WILL NOT BE EXTENDED again. If you don't get the order in in 1988, you lose. Don't make the mistake of assuming that it will be renewed again. It won't. ---rick
