A couple of folks wrote asking how to get in touch with the people who build Watson; unfortunately, I lost their email. The simplest thing to do is to dial 1-800-6WATSON (that's 1-800-692-8766) for a demo and more information. Usual disclaimer: I don't work for the Watson people, don't know them, don't even know whether I'm going to buy it yet. :-)
