[comp.dcom.modems] Modems in Germany

	I am interested in obtaining information regarding the legality
(ie what the law says) and praticality (ie what people do) regarding
connecting modems to phone lines in Germany.  Specifically, I would be
interested in what the results of hooking up Telebit Trailblazers to
normal telephone lines.  Response by mail is preferred to followups in
this newsgroup.  I'll summarize iff the information is useful.
