We're having a problem dialing in to a TB+ at 1200 baud using a Racal Vadic 3451 modem. We have the TB+ set to do automatic speed detection (S50 = 0) so that it will accept calls at 1200, 2400 or PEP. This works fine for other 1200 baud modems that use the 212A protocol, but the Racal Vadic modem tries to use its own RV 3400 protocol instead of the 212A protocol. The people at Racal Vadic claim it takes a ROM change to force the RV modem to only use the 212A protocol. Has anyone encountered this, and perhaps found a way around it on the TB end ?
