[comp.dcom.modems] Maxon max2400 modem info wanted

Does the modem ALWAYS ignore all other control signals?  Does
it assert DSR and CD properly?  A modem with a three-wire serial
interface is no bargain at any price, except under the most
primitive circumstances

Of cource not: it supports all conventional hardwired handshake signals
(DSR, DTR, RI, CD etc). I use it with the three wires because it's used
only with my dumb terminal.
