[comp.dcom.modems] >9.6 on Analog Leased Lines

I'd like to find out about what modems are available that do FULL DUPLEX
synchronous communication over Analog Leased Lines at rates faster than
9.6KBPS.  Are these modems generally reliable?  Is special conditioning
required on the lines?  Recommendations?
