It is my understanding that it is possible to implement portions and not all of the V.32 specification and be compliant with the spec, yet two such modems might not interoperate because they have implemented different portions of the spec. Has anyone tested the various V.32 offerings on the market now to see how well they interoperate? For example, is USR's v.32 modem willing to talk to Telebit's?
