I am trying to compile a comprehensive list of Hayes-compatible modems
for a support document. To qualify for the list, the modem only needs
to be:
1. 100% Hayes-compatible with the corresponding Hayes modem
(i.e. 1200 baud external needs the same switches, 2400 needs
to be switch-less)
2. Acceptable performance for bulletin board access over long-distance
phone lines inside the US.
This means most Hayes-compatible will qualify. My list so far:

Packard-Bell
Prometheus
Everex
Bizcomp
Practical Peripherals
Ven-Tel
US Robotics
Goldstar
Parcorp
ASD (Zuckerboard)
Telemidas
CTS
Hayes
If any of these don't meet the criteria, or if you know of others
which do, please Email me. I have a May 22 deadline for the first
rev of the guide, but will be doing new editions regularly, so
don't let the deadline stand in your way of giving me new improved info.
