Configuration: RT running 4.3. External 2400 baud Hayes. Our system is failing to turn DTR back on after a user has disconnected from a modem session. For the next caller the modem fails to answer. By killing the getty process a new getty is started and the DTR on the modem comes back on. This failure is intermittent, appearing most often when a user fails to log off correctly (dropping carrier before the system does the hangup). Hopefully somebody has run across this problem before and can help this poor (stupid?) soul. BTW, does anybody know the proper terminal emulation for Bitcom? Thanx Todd tmh@well
