A potential user of my local system is having problems logging in using a UNIX-PC as a terminal emulator. (The system here consists of a Mac IIcx with a Telebit TB+ modem). According to him, everything works find as 300 baud, but at 1200 baud, garbled characters are received intermixed with legitimate characters. The problem occurs using several different terminal emulation packages. Other users using other computers and terminal emulators have not reported any problems. Apparently he is able to call other systems which do not use a TB+ modem. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks. -- Donn S. Fishbein, MD, PhD ..killer!radar!donn
