Does anyone have an explanation for bandwidth shrinking on long distance calls? The result is a long delay in transmission after a period of inactivity has ended, and data transmission continued. Is there a way to open the bandwidth back up without sending gobs of "NULL" data to keep it open (avoiding any delays from emptying the buffer)? Thanks for any ideas!
