I am in the market for a new PEP2 modem. I already have a V.32 capable modem, so a T2500 may not be my best choice price-wise. I do want something new, and I'd like 19,200 bps, so a PLUS or a T1000 may not be best. What do you-all recommend? What is the best price you know of for the above recommended modem? I may be eligible for Telebit's current deal. What is the latest offer? Are the UUCP maps sufficient, or do I need to register with the internet name server? Please mail responses. If there is much interest I will summarize to the net. (If the below address doesn't work, it's because we're real new in the maps. We talk to sun!suntzu and zardoz.) -- David L.
