A friend of mine telephoned me and complained he'd spent all day trying to get the address of a/the publisher of the modem timing and protocol standards with no result. Mountain Bell couldn't tell him, U.S. West didn't know, and Hayes was totally paranoid and wouldn't divulge anything either. He said he'd called Motorola, but the person they finally decided to connect him to was away from his desk and had not called back by 6:00pm MST. Does anyone know by experience where to get the Bell 103A, 212A and CCITT V21, V22, V24 and V32 standard documents at current revision levels?
