I've got MultiTech 224EH's. I'm setting up a UUCP link with someone with a plain old hayes smartmodem2400. When they call me, everything works fine. When I call them, the result is garbage. Either their modem is at 1200 and mine at 2400, or both are at 2400 and some other incompatibility is at work. Has anyone seen anything like this? -- Benson I. Margulies
