I saw (with much envy) that Telebit continues to support newer protocols with ROM upgrades. I was wondering if anyone had heard if Microcom intends to support V.32 on their AX/9624c modems? Jeff

Not telebit, Not microcom, not anybody. V.32 requires lots more hardware (part for trellis encoding, part for echo cancellation, etc.) than v.22bis modems. -- +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Conor P.
