Could someone please tell me how to get V32 to work over an international connection? I invested in a V32 specifically for this purpose and so far, I have been unsuccessful trying to get a connection to West Germany. We have tried calling each other and we both own USR Dual Standards. I thought V32 was developed specifically FOR international connections, yet I have found that it is worse than HST mode and the TrailBlazer PEP standard.
