Well, here I am, sitting with a Ven-Tel EC2400-32 modem that really needs to hear from Ven-Tel technical service (again). Both the modem and manual show a phone number of (408) 727-5721. That number was valid about a year ago. Question: Since I've not been able to track down any "forwarding address" of Ven-Tel, are they still in business, and if so, does anyone know where they are currently located? (A telephone number would probably thrill me to death, though lately a good amount of paint drying might also... :-) In any case, email would be _greatly_ appreciated from anyone with any input. -- ________Robert J. Lets not start another rumor about modem companies going out of business. Ven-Tel is a very sound supplier of Businessland modems. Give any of our offices a call and they can pass on a technical support or a sales number for VenTel. I don't have my list in front of me or I would pass it on to you. -- Ricky L.
