Help! I am looking for a "black box" of some sort that will look like a datascope does to a RS-232 connection (i. e. It is a high impedance to the connection that exists between the DTE & DCE). The output of this "black box" would present typical RS-232 levels to "some device" This box would be one way, that is, all signals would be monitored on the high impedance side and reproduced on the other side. Has anyone ever seen such a device for sale commercially, and if so, where. Thank you in advance for your replies, Steve (umich!mcnnet!steve)
