Hate to do this, as it's probably been discussed before, but... I need to set up a true Hayes 2400 modem bidirectional with BNU 1.0 on an AT&T WGS6386 running System V Release 3.2.2. The suggested settings aren't, in the Administrator's Guide; and the Dialers entry for the 2400, as shipped, doesn't work (you get a dropped line on dialin, and a babbling getty). We're using the standard Modem/ACU connectors, too. I've tried reasonable default settings in the modem, and in the Dialers file, but haven't hit the right combination yet. While I'm sure I'll get it eventually, if somebody's already solved this particular combination it would save some time. Please E-mail if you've any information. Thanks!
