[comp.dcom.modems] Repost: Online Store's V.32, how good is it?

Hello,

     I'm still looking for comments on the quality of Online Store's
V.32 MNP5 external modem for $499+7% (the ad never mentions an 
internal modem).

     Specifically, I'd like to know which chip set it uses, and how
well that particular chip set rates when compared to other OEM V.32 chip
sets.
