Hi Modemfolks!
I have a Telebit T1000, and I use it on a 386SX MS-DOS clone with
Telix 3.12 software. However, I've been unsuccessful at connecting at
9600 baud so far. Is it impossible for me to talk to a BBS with a US
Robotics Courier HST (which most of them have) at 9600 baud?
In any case, I can't even get the modem to realize when it's made a
connection. The manuals are terse and cryptic, and I'm rather
frustrated with this modem so far. Can anyone give me suggestions for
an initialization string which will get me going in the right
direction? Thanks a lot, I appreciate it!
