Q1. We are useing telebit t2500 for connections across the country. We put the modem in remote loop back mode using &T6, after about an hour of loop back testing we loose carrier. Does this mode time out? Q2. What is the timeout for incomplete packets in PEP mode? and what is the data buffer length That is, if I send only 100 bytes how long does the modemwait before sending the packet. C1. I tried to get Telebit technical support, BUT only managed to get on a voice queue, which promised a call back. Well I didn't hear the return call.
