Greetings Folks, I am posting for some friends that dont have access to the net. They have a Telebit T2500 that they would like to use with their RS6000 that is running the latest release of AIX ... They claim that there isnt a dialer for the Telebit modems ... Is this the case ? Do any of you know if AIX comes with a dialer for that modem ?? Help. Once I get them going I can get access to the system. Any help or comments would be welcomed. Thanks in advance. While it's true that the /usr/lib/uucp/Dialers file doesn't have an
entry for the Telebit modem, certainly the Hayes entry would work if you
couldn't figure out a set of commands that you like better. In fact, if
you can't figure out a set of commands, borrow some for anybody else's
Dialer file.
stty add rts </dev/tty?
