[comp.dcom.modems] software macterminal2.2

i am using macterminal2.2 to connect my mac512 to vax.  i am having
problem sending and receiving files.  i would appreciate if someone
have the experience with software in mac512.

also is there any way to use mac240 on mac512 so it can commuicate
with vax mainframe???
