[comp.dcom.modems] Does anyone know about RELAY?

Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of RELAY? It is a comms program
for the IBM PC which has emulations for VT100, viewdata and Minitel. I
would also be interested in any package which has those emulations. This
is to buy so commercial packages, shareware and free programs are all of
interest.
