I didn't even know MNP was possible or efficient in software, but I just received information from a company called Magicsoft which claims to have an MNP emulation package for normal 2400 baud modems. Unfortunately, theirs is only an "addon" to their own telecom software, which does not support kermit. Has this group compiled a summary on (or consensus against!) MNP5 software emulations, commercial, shareware, or PD? If so, will a kind soul email it to me? If not, mail me bits of opinion and knowledge and I will compile.
