I'm going to be taking delivery of an 8600 very soon. I want to run 4.3, but as I can't get it yet, I'll have to make do with 4.2. How much work is involved in changing the code to support the 8600 ? Has anybody actually done this, if so will they please contact me as soon as possible by mail. Before I get told off any more by the powers that be, I wish to point out that although in my recent note about 8600 and 4.2 the header claims that I live in the Psychology Dept at Manchester University, I actually live in the Computer Science Dept.
