I recently came across a Microcom AX2400C with MNP/5 modem.. Any info on this
particular model. picked it up at a local swapmeet. It seems to be working
fine. Someone mentioned that it supported both SX and AT commands., I have
used some of the AT commands, but have not heard of the SX ones. Any info on
these? (I'm just trying to understand the 'lingo' on these things.

Microcom can probably send you a manual for the modem, they did for me
(an AX9624.) Call them in Norwood, MA (I think they have an 800
number) and be ready to read a credit card number to them, easy. I
think they charged me like $9.95+S&H or something like that, well
worth the price to just get the right manual with all the commands
etc.
