Well, I just got the PP9600SA ROM update to firmware 1.18. I find that I still have problems with LAPM connections to a Telebit T2500. Tech Support seemed to think that 1.18 would help, but couldn't say for sure. I think I'll be bundling up all the settings info I can provide and shipping it to Practical Peripherals.
