Their European office in Luxembourg may be reached at +352 31 96 45. Rick Davis is the Salesman, Stephen Gordon is the Systems Engineer, and Hans VanCrommenacker is one of the senior engineers. I would highly recommend using the phone numbers. I have heard that the e-mail address is very poorly attended to. Furthermore, a recent memo sent to me by Telebit (I am a Telebit distributor and ex-employee) tells me that the e-mail and netnews have fallen by the wayside. Last week, I e-mailed a request for the T-2500 configuration information mentioned in the manual for the modem and I had a response within hours. Mind you, I'm in Canada, not Europe... :).
