The problem I am experiencing is only with Procomm+ 2.0. I am using COM3 as my default port with a 2400 baud Hayes Smartmodem with Gateway 2000 25 MHz 386 computer. However, I also have a datalink (IBX box) at 9600 baud connected to COM1. The problem I have is when I run the attached script file RPI.ASP. The function of this script file is to change com ports, baudrate, parity, databits and terminal type. However, after running it, Version 2.0 does not drop the DTR on COM3 as the TR light does not go off in the Hayes modem (COM3). Version 2.0 picks up the signal from COM1 only when the modem at COM3 is physically turned off. The same is true when going from COM1 to COM3. I also tried installing in a different computer and the same problem occured. This problem does not appear if I use Alt-P and change the settings manually. In addition, this problem does not appear in Version 1.1B. Can anyone help me with this problem?
