This is a standard reply to all those that ask how to configure *P* for 9600 bps operation; This is also posted on comp.dcom.modems The scripts for 9600 are already there in the Prodigy directory. All you have to do is change the number to your local Tymnet V.32 number, exit *P* and edit your config.sm file. You want to change bps: from 24 to 96, and pnetsym: from whatever to R. Thats all there is to it. Incidentally, you may want to turn off MNP if you have it. If you have xoff/xon flow control, it gets in the way.
