I didn't say the BBS doesn't work, I said the sysop doesnt reply. In 3 years of trying I never got a response. Sure if you go to the building they will help you face to face, but over here on the east coast thats not too simple. And the fact is, I have lots of friends and co-workers who have had terrible experiences with them. They may service some people well, but the fact is they don't help most people. About sending the letter to the BBS, fine. I sent a letter to the -President- of Prometheus last week saying much of the same! (no response yet) (and should I expect one?
