I'm currently having some trouble getting a working modem out of the nice folks at Zoom Telefonics. I handle the modem nicely, and connect it to the same cables which have working on a Hayes 1200 and a Bizcomp 4124. I am a bit bewildered that it arrived unusable, and came back that way. It is responding to 'AT', but fails manual self tests and refuses to dial. Has anyone else out there had a similar experience with this modem, or is the probably a one-time-occurance/fluke?
